Meet The Founder

Hi, I’m Lisa McGalliard, a certified iRest Teacher and certified Yoga Therapist.

As someone who struggled with trauma, I know exactly what it feels like to navigate chronic stress and anxiety. My pain has become my purpose to guide men and women on a self-healing journey through the power of yoga and meditation. With over 20+ years of experience, I’ve learned the yogic tools and practices to help ease pain associated with post traumatic stress, trauma, addiction, or military-induced stress. It is my mission to help you get your life back and to finally feel free.
